enter all sorts of information, not according to the templates

some times i'd like to be able to add different kinds of information a licence code, a pinnumber, a credidcard nr, a temporary coupon code, ect,ect. and not only related to websites. Now i'm stuck to the details that the template for entering information give me. also the notes field is not usefull since that is can't be used to drop those individual items added to a note field.
so the best would be not to add records to the lowest level of the treeview but key,value pairs. the keys are visible and the values get dropped upon dragging and dropping.
